
Intentional Self-Care Leads to Self-Acceptance
How the hell are we supposed to turn things around when it all feels chaotic? Everything is going wrong and I am on an emotional roller coaster??? Allow me to give you some ideas! Intentional Self-Care helps us create small Rituals that show our nervous system and subconscious that we CAN relax! That we are in a space where we can let go for a few minutes or even an hour or two. When we get Intentional with our Self-Care, we are signaling to our nervous system that we are Not going to React the way we used too. We are going to Act more Intentionally and Centered within our own Unique Power! Self-Care is a Huge step forward in helping us do just that.
