
Giving Fear a Persona to Remove the Masks
Fear Sucks....
We all feel it. Yet everyone experiences Fear differently in so many ways. It can go from almost exhilarating to debilitating in a matter of nanoseconds. And when we Do feel Fear from something… How we feel it changes, depending on the cause. So how do we pin down a Persona for this type of emotion?

Behind the Art Concept:
No matter how insidious Fear can feel at times… creeping up on us like a sneaky monster in the horror movies… It always is this Loud, Aggressive, Looming Presence that makes damn sure you know it is there! It brings in Chaos, Foundation Shattering Earthquakes, Oppressive Storms and Massive Tidal Waves within our Subconsciousness to ensure we Feel Scared and Small. This is all designed to ensure we Forget Just How Powerful We Really Are!!!
Why give Fear a Persona or Face???
When we give our Shadows a face, it can become less intimidating, less stressful to face. We can look at it and tell it to “Fuck Off!” if we want too. I will do this in meditation. It helps to have something to look at to help us create that identity in our minds while meditating. When we allow ourselves to hear them, to give them a voice, we can understand what we need to help reduce these big chaotic feelings. Sometimes writing out the ideas that come up when we sit and decide to give that part of us a voice also helps. These are some steps on how we can Take Back Our Power.
